My item has arrived and it is damaged! 

We are really sorry to hear that your item is damaged, and try hard to ensure this doesn’t happen. Contact us soon as you can via our contact page form, or by emailing us directly at hello@foxandlilly.co.uk. We will either offer a replacement item or refund.

I haven't recieved my item.

If your item hasn’t arrived within the estimated time delivery on our Shipping & Delivery page do get in touch. You can do this via our contact page.

Do you offer custom orders?

We certainly do! Because a lot of our designs are hand-lettered, it means we can often personalise a card or print. Send us an email to make sure we can do it at hello@foxandlilly.co.uk

I need my item to arrived by a certain date!

We offer a standard 1st class shipping via royal mail, and standard air mail outside the UK. If you need your item to arrive by a certain date, contact first to make sure this is possible via our contact page.

I'm a blogger, can I review your products?
